The Service
The Service is software for brands and agencies to run influencer and creator campaigns with their own creators: finding creators, sending briefs, signing contracts, approving content, tracking sales, paying creators and measuring results.
The Service is not a marketplace or a talent agency. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a creator, and we do not take a share of creator fees.
Accounts
You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions by team members you invite. Agencies must have permission from each brand they manage in the Service.
The free campaign
Each new brand or agency may run one free campaign with up to 10 active creators. The free campaign is for evaluation. Payout processing charges still apply to payouts made through the Service. We may decline or end a free campaign that is being misused.
Honest marketing rules
You agree that every campaign you run through the Service will:
- Require creators to label sponsored content clearly, in line with the ASCI guidelines for influencer advertising in digital media and any other law that applies.
- Not make false, misleading or unsupported claims about products, including medical or guaranteed results.
- Not use fake followers, bought engagement, bots or any method to inflate reach or results.
- Respect the rules of Instagram, YouTube and any other platform where content is posted.
Disclosure and claim checks in Content Approvals help you follow these rules. They do not replace your own review, and you remain responsible for your campaigns.
Creator data and AI suggestions
Creator search uses public profile data and information creators choose to share. You may use creator data only to run campaigns in the Service and must not resell or publish it.
Fit scores, flags and other AI outputs are suggestions. A follower spike flag is a reason to look closer and not a finding of fraud. You make every decision about which creators to work with.
Contracts and e-signatures
Contract templates in the Service are a starting point and not legal advice. You are responsible for the terms you agree with creators. Contracts signed electronically in the Service are between you and the creator.
Payouts and taxes
Payouts are made through banks and regulated payment partners on your instruction. You are responsible for the amounts you approve, for choosing the correct TDS section and rate, and for filing and depositing tax. We provide records to help, not tax advice.
Tracking and store connections
When you connect a store or send orders by API, you confirm you are allowed to share that order data with us for attribution. Attribution is based on link clicks and coupon codes within the window you set, and may not capture every sale a creator influences.
Plans and billing
Plans are priced per active creator per month, as shown on the Pricing page. An active creator is one with a live brief, contract, draft or post in that month. Payout processing charges are billed separately. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Your content
You own your briefs, contracts, campaign data and reports. Creators keep ownership of their content except for the usage rights they grant you in their contract. You give us permission to host and process your content only to provide the Service.
Suspension and closing an account
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, including the honest marketing rules, or that puts other users or creators at risk. You can close your account at any time. You can export your campaign data before closing.
Limits of liability
The Service is provided as it is. We do not promise any campaign result, reach, sales or ROI. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction. For questions about these terms, write to us through the Campaign Desk.
