Who this policy covers
This policy covers three groups of people: customers (brands and agencies who use the Service and their team members), creators (the influencers and creators our customers work with), and shoppers (people who click a tracking link or use a creator coupon code).
For creator and shopper data handled inside a customer's campaigns, the customer decides why and how that data is used, and we process it on their behalf.
What we collect
- Account details: name, work email, brand or agency name, role, website and store platform.
- Public creator data: handles, follower counts, public posts and their public metrics, and public brand collaborations from Instagram and YouTube.
- Data creators choose to share: audience insights, Story reach, contact details, PAN, GST number, bank account or UPI ID, and signed contracts.
- Campaign data: briefs, drafts, comments, approvals, tracking link clicks and coupon redemptions.
- Order data from connected stores: order value, products, coupon used and time of order. We do not need, and do not show creators, shopper names or contact details.
- Usage data: device, browser, pages visited and actions in the app, used to keep the Service secure and working.
What we do not do
- We do not access private social media accounts or messages.
- We do not scrape data that a platform does not make public.
- We do not sell personal data to anyone.
- We do not use creator or shopper data from one customer's campaigns for another customer.
How we use data
- To find and score creators for a customer's campaign. Fit scores are suggestions and a person always decides.
- To send briefs, contracts and approval requests, and to record signatures and approvals.
- To match orders to the creator whose link or code drove them.
- To process creator payouts through banks and regulated payment partners, deduct TDS and keep invoice records.
- To calculate reach, engagement, orders, revenue and ROI for the customer.
- To provide support, prevent fraud and keep the Service secure.
How we protect data
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Bank, UPI and PAN details are encrypted separately and masked in the app. Access inside customer accounts is controlled by roles, and actions such as approvals and payouts are logged.
How long we keep data
We keep account and campaign data while the customer's account is active. Contract, payout and TDS records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. When a customer closes their account, other data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent you gave earlier, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Creators can ask a customer to remove them from a campaign, or ask us to remove their shared insights.
To make a request, write to us through the Campaign Desk page and choose “Something else”.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data in a way that matters, we will tell customers by email and in the app before the change takes effect.
